Erasers
I took this photo for a back to school theme. I dumped out erasers on my bed and tried many different shots and camera settings but this photo is what I ended up with after cropping and applying a photo filter. I cropped the photo so no one can see my bed and it looks better than the original.

i really like this photo. i like how it is dark but there are a lot of bright colors. I also like how you cropped it and the whole picture is centered on only the erasers.

I like your idea of using erasers for your school theme. But since the picture is too pixilated and to dark it doesn’t make the colors “pop”. Try more camera settings.

When I see all of these erasers, it reminds of elementary school and putting those kinds of erasers on my pencils. I also like the fact that this photo is just a bunch of erasers in a pile.

This picture is a little grainy, but I like the detail. The vibrant colors are like crayons. It really sticks out on the back to school theme.

ReplyDeleteSo many colorful erasers! I like how this photo is composed. All the erasers in a pile look nice, and the color looks nice as well. It looks sort of like an old-fashioned photo, with the noise and sharpness of it. I think it’s a good photo.

These erasers are really grainy looking. I don’t know if that was your goal but it looks like a weird shade of all the colors. It would have been a lot more appealing to the eye if they were brighter in color.

I like the filter you added to this photo. I feel it is a choice almost like a painting. The cropping was a good choice it makes it look like you only took it of the erasers. I like the contrast of the bright colored erasers to the dark ones. I also like that there is an accidental bunch of dark ones surrounded with bright ones. Good idea to use it for a school theme it really captures school. Good job.

I really like all the different vibrant colors; however I think it would look better with a smooth texture rather than a grainy one. But you did a good job with the cropping and blurring of the background, I never would have guessed it was on your bed, my eyes were to drawn to the erasers!!

The colors in this picture is really what makes it stand out even though its in the dead center its still a good picture and to top it off it has great depth of field

I love this photo, the bright colors really catch your eye! I think its a good theme for the whole back to school night thing, it actually gives a little hope that schools not so boring.. but i think if the picture werent as pixelated it would have been better.. the cropping was also a good idea.. overall i find it a pretty appealing picture. I really really like this picture. It is one of my favorites and it’s really creative and different than other pictures. The objects on that picture are schown in a mess but it looks decent and tidy. The background is dark and the depth of field of this picture makes the viewer think about this picture and confuses him which is good because he will look longer at this picture and make it much more interesting than it is already which is our main goal. Good job!
