I took this picture with my Nikon s230, and I had my tripod attached.  I’m a fan of taking pictures of import cars, so my friends and I went to the Graffiti Garage at Downtown Tacoma to do a photo shoot there. I had to set my camera to firework scene to absorb all the light, and all the little bit of Then I bumped up the contrast and the color adjusting to make the background and the car stand out in the picture. I really enjoy this picture; it really brings out the urban mood, and makes the car look great!           Chong Yu

  1. I like the lighting in this picture. The urban environment goes well with it. It would be better if the car was just a little farther in the picture.

  3. Interesting picture, I like how you give a different view of the car along with the graffiti garage. I think you should have put the headlights of the car towards the left corner to add more light. Still a cool picture, keep up the good work.

  6. I love this photo :) I've been to this garage during the day, but I really like how you caught the night feel of the city without focusing solely on the light vs. dark. Good job!

  12. The picture has really good lighting to show you what’s there and he used the composition of elements with the rule of thirds with the car. Over all a great picture to catch someone’s eyes.
