Gangstarr Baby

This photo was taken at the Puyallup Fair. I was eating an elephant ear with my girlfriend, and I looked straight ahead and I saw a baby who was looking furiously at his mother.  I figured it would be an interesting picture.  I edited the exposure, the sharpness, the color temperature, and I added the shades on the top and the bottom. The baby is just adorable in this photo even while he’s looking furious. Overall I’m really happy with this photo :D .

  1. I feel like the baby should have been positioned on the right more so than the left because now he has no where to be looking throughout the frame. But I do like how clear he is and how blurred the background is.

  2. The kid looks like he could be a punk. I like the angle of the kid but I don’t like how he is looking into the side of them frame. It’s a little dark but otherwise it’s pretty interesting.

  3. This picture is hilarious!! I love how he is the main focus of the picture and the background is blurred. I wish he was either centered a little more or more towards the right of the frame. It's also a little dark, but other than that I love it!!

  4. This photo makes me feel smile, even though he looks upset. He’s just so adorable. You didn’t lead the subject, but I think it works well for this. Good job.

  5. This photo makes me smile, even though he looks a little bit upset. You didn’t lead the subject but you used a good rule of thirds. I also like a editing around the corners on the photo how it is blackened out. I think you did a really good job on the picture.

  6. Nice picture! Cute little boy, and I like how you caught him in action starring at his mother. Good job on the contrast and the fuzzy background and sharp subject. :)

  8. What I adore about this photo is the little boy’s expression. It looks like he is just looking at something that caught his eyes and seems interested in it. Nice rule of thirds. I like how the background is blurry, with the shaded on the top and bottom. I really enjoy this photo.
    Great Job!

  11. I like this picture. The Depth of Field in the background helps the subject "pop". I like how the baby isn't centered, which makes it interesting. This photo is funny and I like alot.

  12. I love the kid’s expression, and how the focus is on him, and the background is all blurred. The black fade framing works nice with this photo, it brings out the the kid’s “muggin” face.
