Woof! Woof!

This photo was taken at a dog park in Puyallup, Washington. I was taking pictures of my dog; it was harder than it looked because he wasn’t cooperating because he wanted to play with the other dogs. I had taken a close up picture of him while it was bright and sunny outside. The picture was really vivid and bright but I decided to change it to black and white to set a sadder toned photo to go with my dog’s expression.

  1. How adorable! I love this photo so much! Your dog is so cute(: great work getting this shot out of a hyper active dog wanting to play with other dogs, I can only imagine how hard that is. My dog likes posing for photos so it’s a bit easy for me. Ha. I don’t know what you had to go threw with him... Great photo! Awesome work!(:

  2. Hey! I like how you focused in on the expression on the dog's face and that you changed it to black and white to show how unhappy he is to not be able to play with the other dogs haha. This is a pretty picture I think and how you created it was done well since you took what you had to work with.

  7. This photo is absolutely amazing. I think changing it to black and white gives one the ability to have their focus on the dog completely. The way that the dog is facing the camera is also nice. I have a dog, and I know how hard it is to take pictures of them! Considering that, this is a great job!

  8. I like the black and white of the photo, gives a different theme to the overall picture. This must have been a difficult shot to get. There is a very good rule of thirds and depth of field is awesome.

  9. I love the tone of this picture and how you changed it because of the dog's expression. This must've been really hard to capture, because my puppy never cooperates. Great job!

  10. This dog is too cute! I really love how close his nose is to the camera, it’s really precious!
The lighting is perfect to me, I think it’d have been interesting to see his face in the sunlight but I really think black and white is perfect!
I think also you did a great job of portraying his sad mood.

  16. First off, this picture has really good focus. It makes the viewer look directly at the dog seeing that it's the focal point. I think that you putting the picture in black and white was a good choice because you're able to look at everything with out being over whelmed. The photo makes me feel chipper. Majority of people love dogs and so it helps create a positive vibe from the photo.
