This picture I think really pops, I took it for my fences assignment. I thought the tree would go real well the picture and it didn’t at first, but then I took it into Photoshop and cleaned it up a little I increased how warm the picture was and the sky became more blue and the tree became more orange. Overall I think this picture is very well done.

  1. I like this photo's repetition and color of the background. The depth of field and rule of thirds on the tree is really good. The levels of the sun's light is really nice too.
The gate that is meant to keep people out is drawing people in. Nice work.

  2. I liked this picture because it reminds me of my old home. I also like the formal balance of the top of the fence not the barb wire. Overall its a good picture.

  3. This photo has really good depth of field and it incorporates rule of thirds. I really like this picture because it takes something as ordinary as a chain link fence, and makes it look very beautiful and artistic. :)

  4. This picture is pretty cool. If I wear to change anything, I’d make the tree in the background more blurry and have more focus on the fence. Other than that I like the old time look of it.

I like the focus in this picture and the overall creativity. I like how close you got to the water drop and the background of the water. The lighting is very nice.

  6. Really nice picture with excellent contrast, the shallow DOF really helps emphasize the barbed wire in a way most pictures just can’t. The tree in the background really helps me visualize this picture in mid-autumn when the leaves are falling, nice rule of thirds application. I really like the contrast of the dark shadows against the white skyline, the detail is also excellent. Nice job!
