This picture I randomly took, because I saw the slug just sitting there. As much as I hate slugs, I really like this picture. The detail and texture on the slug are so clear and focused it’s really cool to look at. If you look really close to his tail you can also see the slime trailing behind him. I like the green grass, and the brown of his body. Overall I really like the way this picture looks.

I feel like this photo needed some depth of field to it and should have been taken at a better angle instead of a bird’s eye view to make the picture more interesting to look at. I also felt as if the photo should have been put off to the side to apply the rule of thirds. Although, I do like the clarity and how the slug was focused on so that you can see the details of its back. In general, I just feel like you could have done things to make this photo more interesting.
