I was taking photos for a painterly assignment and I took the camera home so I could capture photos of my tree. The shutter speed was at two seconds. Instead of just moving the camera all around I did little motions just going up and down, and got this. After getting the photo I adjusted the contrast and made the background darker where the lights got brighter.

This picture looks really cool. It makes you wonder what it really is. It reminds me of sparklers on fourth of July. I like the darker background; it makes the picture stand out more.

I really like this photo because of the lights and how they look like a fountain. From this photo I can tell that they enjoy Christmas lights.
